Squad Dance (squaddance.com) lets you choreograph 3D dancers and export videos. You can use the editor without an account. This page explains what data we handle and why.
Without an account
Your current project and any characters you import are stored only in your own browser (local storage and IndexedDB). Videos are rendered and exported on your device; they are never uploaded to us.
When you sign in with Google
We receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, only to create your account and show who is signed in. We do not request access to any other Google data.
With an account you can save projects (stored in our database hosted by Supabase in the EU, Paris region) and upload character files (.glb, stored on Cloudflare R2). Uploaded characters are reachable through an unguessable link so the app can load them.
Third-party services
- Supabase: accounts and saved projects.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and character file storage.
- Google: sign-in. Song previews are played with YouTube's embedded player, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use analytics trackers.
Deleting your data
You can delete saved projects and characters at any time from the app. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with; we do it within 30 days.
